The European Commission has released a Delegated Act and updated versions of the FAQ & the Guidance Document in an effort to simplify the requirements of EUDR and to reduce the administrative burdens for businesses in scope.
AIC has been approached by Defra for help in enabling them to speak directly with member businesses who no longer export to the EU from GB, or have had exports severely restricted, as a result of the UK's exit from the EU. These conversations will help inform UK Government as it seeks to negotiate an SPS/veterinary agreement with EU.
