AIC invited to join Government Expert Group on CBAM
It has been announced that AIC has been invited as the representative body for the fertiliser industry to participate with other such affected industry representatives in the Joint Industry Working Group (JIWG) on CBAM. The UK CBAM JIWG was established following the Autumn Budget 2024, and is tasked with collaborating on the development and implementation of the UK’s CBAM. This small working group brings together industry leaders and Government to provide insights on finer details during this coming year.
