AIC's Countryside COP webinar on sustainable livestock production available to watch on-demand
Members can re-watch the Agricultural Industries Confederation's (AIC) online event discussing how the Animal Feed sector supports sustainable livestock production, held on 4 November as part of this year's Countryside COP.
The webinar - "How the feed industry is contributing to sustainable livestock production" - presented a valuable opportunity to hear from and ask questions of key players in the Animal Feed industry on what is being done to support and advance sustainable livestock production.
The event was co-chaired by AIC's Head of Animal Feed James McCulloch and Head of Sustainability Vicky Robinson. Speakers included:
- Georgie Croxford, Head of Technical and Quality Ruminant at AB Dairy
- George White, Chief Executive Officer of GLW Feeds
- Martin Barker, Sustainability Manager, UK of Duynie Ltd

AIC's virtual event formed part of Countryside COP week, which runs from 4-11 November.
Now in its fourth year, Countryside COP provides a platform for anyone interested in the countryside to hear how the UK's rural economy and agriculture can help tackle climate change and improve sustainability.
It brings together the rural community and businesses to showcase and inspire activity ahead of COP, this year COP29 is in Baku, Azerbaijan, from 11-22 November 2024.
