Call for BASIS Board Members

Three members of the BASIS Board are standing down as their terms on the Board come to an end.
BASIS has invited all BASIS Registered Distributors to propose one candidate for each of the three vacancies created on the BASIS Board.
A recent gap analysis of BASIS Board members was undertaken and based on this research it is requested that new Board members have skills in one or more of the following areas: Human Resources, Legal, IT, or Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG).
Elected Members serve for three years and may stand for re-election, provided their total service does not exceed nine years.
Applicants are asked to complete a short form and forward this to BASIS with their CV by Friday, 11th April. Once BASIS has processed the proposals, a ballot will be circulated on Thursday, 17th April, with a voting deadline of Thursday, 8th May.
The current Board will review these proposals and make appointments at the BASIS Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, 22nd May 2025.
