FIAS i-learning course updates

AIC Services and Kiwa are pleased to announce that updated FIAS i-learning courses  are being released.  The new format is more modern, user friendly and interactive.

Updates have been made to course appearance and functionality only, with minimal changes to content.  For this reason, the courses still cover the requirements of the current FIAS Standard and Participants who have already completed the i-learning as required, are not obliged to retake the courses unless they wish to do so. The new courses are active from today.

Those who have already started and are partway through FIAS i-learning, will have 3 months to complete the course in the current system.  After 30 June 2025, the current versions will be phased out and any unfinished courses will have to be retaken in the new format.

There is no change to the process of accessing the FIAS i-learning:  contact Kiwa Training for registration and log in details.  Kiwa Training:  01423 878875    [email protected]

Please note that each user must have an individual email in order to be issued a certificate for their training records.

 In summary:

  • There is no requirement to retake already completed modules in the new format.  Certificates from the current training courses remain valid.
  • Those who are currently partway through FIAS i-learning, have 3 months to complete those courses.  After 30 June 2025, only the new format courses will be available.  Part-finished courses will be removed and may be retaken in the new format.
  • Participants beginning FIAS i-learning courses from 31 March 2025, will be assigned to the new format.
