OSR Herbicides

Five key herbicides used in oilseed rape to control blackgrass and other weeds across arable rotations are being detected with increasing frequency in surface water. The herbicides are metazachlor, propyzamide, carbetamide, quinmerac and clopyralid.

The OSR Herbicides? Think Water campaign by working with water companies, agronomists and farmers aims to raise awareness of the issue, improve practices and develop new tools that will support farmers in continuing their responsible use of these herbicides.
