Updating with the EA and DEFRA a legal guidance note on the definition of waste clarifying that former foodstuffs processed into animal feed are not waste.
- Circular Economy – EFFPA and UKFFPA have contributed to the EU Commission’s consultation – the aim being to confirm in EU legislation that former foodstuffs are not waste.
