User survey on the 'Comply with UK REACH Service'
The Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) is inviting users of the 'Comply with UK REACH' service to share their views and experiences via a survey.
The survey's aim is to understand user experiences of the 'Comply with UK REACH' service, including using the online system, emails, guidance and helpline.
In particular, feedback is sought on what works well, what needs improving, and what is missing.
The 15-minute survey should be completed by any user of the 'Comply with UK REACH' service, with answers remaining anonymous.
